Now, build the bryce parts. Make a terrain object of appropriate size (here, used 2048x2048). Load the grayscale height map. Immediately load the matching color image as the texture. Leave the mapping to parametric and it should overlay exactly with the height map. Generally I also set Ambiance to zero.
Since we have transparent windows, provide each with a thin pane of Bryce glass sandwiched in the middle. Add protruding items such as porches, steps, lamps, awnings, planter boxes, etc.
